Training and Development

Training is the process of taking new, unskilled employees and with some training, turning them into highly skilled and competent manpower. The process of such a transformation is known as Training and Development.

Years ago, training was not given a lot of significance as employers thought of it as a waste of money, but as companies developed, it was found that training is more like and investment, which helps gain greater returns in the future.

Training also helps streamline employees into their designated fields, irrespective of their past experiences.

We at Right Recruit help analyze the training needs and objectives, test the trainees to gauge their progress and conduct a final evaluation to make sure the trainees are confident enough to undertake their designated job profiles.

We offer three major types of training - technical training, soft skills/behavioural training and training in communication skills.

  • Technical training - Technical training is the process of teaching employees how to more accurately and thoroughly perform the technical components of their jobs. Training can include technology applications, products, sales and service tactics, and more. Technical skills are job-specific as opposed to soft skills, which are transferable.
